Pickup Information:

Pickup is at my personal residence, where I also have a family. I will always do my best to work with you to arrange a convenient pickup time; however, pickup times are not available after 6:00 PM.

If your order is not picked up on the scheduled day, you will need to arrange pickup for the following day. Orders will only be held for 24 hours. If items are not picked up within that timeframe, they will be donated, and no refunds will be issued.

Communication:

I do my best to maintain clear and timely communication with each customer. If you place an order and I do not hear from you within 24 hours to confirm or schedule pickup, your items may be donated or not prepared if confirmation has not been received.
